Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees

Dina Rossa is not responsible for any duties, taxes, tariffs, customs fees, or import charges assessed by customs authorities.

If a customer refuses to pay applicable customs charges and the package is returned to Dina Rossa, only the value of the returned merchandise will be refunded. Original shipping charges and any additional shipping, customs, duty, tariff, or import-related fees are non-refundable.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be extended during holidays, promotions, collection launches, or periods of high order volume.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Dina Rossa is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs clearance processes, weather conditions, or other events outside of our control.
