Returns and Exchange 

At Dina Rossa, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to assist with a return for a refund or store credit.

Return Eligibility

Returns must be initiated and received within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In their original condition

  • Returned with all original tags attached

  • Returned in their original packaging

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund or store credit.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Care team within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

How to Return Your Order

  1. Contact the Dina Rossa Help Center and provide your order number.

  2. Once your return request has been approved, follow the return instructions provided.

  3. Securely package your item(s) and send them back using the approved return method.

Canadian Returns

For approved returns within Canada, a prepaid return shipping label may be provided. A $10 return handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Duties, Taxes & Tariffs

For international orders, any applicable duties, taxes, tariffs, customs fees, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Dina Rossa is not responsible for customs charges or duty fees assessed by the destination country.

If a customer refuses to pay customs duties, taxes, tariffs, or import fees and the package is returned to Dina Rossa, only the value of the returned merchandise will be refunded. Original shipping charges and any additional shipping or customs-related fees are non-refundable.

Important Information

  • Dina Rossa is not responsible for lost return packages.

  • Return shipping fees outside of approved Canadian return labels are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning your order.
