Our Marketplace Standards

Every listing is reviewed by the Dina Rossa team before it becomes visible to shoppers.

To maintain a premium shopping experience, we reserve the right to approve, decline, edit, or remove any listing that does not meet our marketplace standards.

Only items that align with our approved marketplace categories and quality expectations will be accepted.

Items must belong to one of our approved marketplace collections.

• Skirts

• Matching Sets
• Outerwear
• Bags
• Accessories
• Lifestyle Items (Books and more)
• Other modest fashion items approved by Dina Rossa

Items outside these categories may not be approved.

Seller Guidelines

Listing Approval

Every listing is manually reviewed before it goes live.

During the review process we assess:

• Item suitability
• Image quality
• Description accuracy
• Correct marketplace category
• Overall presentation

Listings that do not meet our standards may be declined or returned for revision.

Product Images

Clear, professional images create a better shopping experience.

Please ensure your photos:

• Are clean and well lit
• Are clear and in focus
• Show the entire item
• Accurately represent the item's colour and condition
• Use a simple background whenever possible

Blurry, dark, misleading, heavily filtered or incomplete photos may not be approved.

Product Descriptions

Please provide an honest and detailed description of every item.

Include whenever possible:

• Brand
• Size
• Colour
• Material or fabric
• Overall condition
• Any flaws or imperfections

Select the condition that best describes your item:

• New with tags
• Like new
• Lightly worn
• Frequently worn

Accurate descriptions help build trust within our community.

Pricing

We encourage sellers to price items fairly based on:

• Original retail value
• Current condition
• Brand
• Demand
• Wear

Listings with unreasonable pricing may not be approved.

Our goal is to create a fair, sustainable and accessible marketplace for everyone.

Listing Fees & Commission

Listing your items on the Dina Rossa Preloved Marketplace is completely free.

There are no fees to create a seller account or publish a listing.

A 10% commission is charged only after a successful transaction has been completed. The commission is deducted from the final selling price of the item.

This commission helps support:

• Marketplace management
• Listing review and approval
• Secure payment processing
• Buyer and seller support
• Dispute resolution
• Ongoing improvements to the platform

Shipping

The seller is responsible for shipping purchased items directly to the buyer.

Sellers are expected to:

• Ship all orders within 2 business days
• Package items carefully
• Provide tracking whenever available

Dina Rossa offers optional shipping solutions using courier rates.

Shipping prices are determined by the courier and are not set by Dina Rossa.

Sellers are also welcome to use their own preferred shipping provider.

Packaging

Presentation matters.

We encourage sellers to package each order neatly and professionally to create an enjoyable unboxing experience and help build a positive reputation for their seller profile.

Payments & Seller Payouts

To protect both buyers and sellers, payments are temporarily held after delivery.

Seller payouts are generally released approximately 3 days after confirmed delivery. This allows time for:

• Delivery confirmation
• Buyer inspection
• Any concerns or disputes to be reported

If no issues are reported, payment will be released to the seller.

Dina Rossa will review disputes fairly and ensure seller payouts are processed once marketplace policies have been satisfied.

Buyer Guidelines

Please remember that this marketplace features preloved items.

Unless otherwise stated, items are not brand new. Normal signs of previous use should be expected depending on the condition selected by the seller.

Before purchasing we encourage buyers to:

• Read descriptions carefully
• Review every product photo
• Ask questions before purchasing if clarification is needed
• Purchase with realistic expectations for preloved goods

Returns & Buyer Protection

If an item received is significantly different from its listing, buyers should contact Dina Rossa as soon as possible.

Examples include:

• Wrong item received
• Significant undisclosed damage
• Major differences from the listing description or photographs

Each case will be reviewed individually.

Dina Rossa may request photographs or additional information before making a final decision.

Seller Ratings

To help build a trusted marketplace, Dina Rossa plans to introduce a seller review and rating system.

Positive reviews will help sellers establish credibility while giving buyers greater confidence in future purchases.

Prohibited Items

The following items are not permitted:

• Counterfeit or replica products
• Illegal or stolen goods
• Damaged items not clearly disclosed
• Clothing with excessive stains, odours, mould or poor hygiene
• Unsafe or recalled products
• Adult content
• Offensive or discriminatory material
• Items outside our approved marketplace categories

Dina Rossa reserves the right to remove any listing that does not meet our marketplace standards.

Community Expectations

Every member of our marketplace is expected to:

• Be respectful
• Communicate honestly
• Provide accurate descriptions
• Ship orders promptly
• Resolve concerns professionally
• Treat fellow buyers and sellers with courtesy

Repeated violations may result in listing removal, account restrictions or suspension from the marketplace.
