Return Policy

Return Policy:

  • We offer returns and exchanges within a 14-day window for eligible items from the date of purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return or exchange. 
    We do not offer any refunds. Customers are eligible for an exchange or store credit. 
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached. All shipping fees paid on your original order are non-refundable.

Exchange:

  • you can exchange your item for the same item in another size/colour, or exchange your product for a completely new item of your choice.

Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.


Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was damaged or defective. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • Customs & Import Duties Disclaimer

    Please note that we are not responsible for any U.S. tariffs, customs duties, or import taxes that may be applied to your order. These charges are determined by U.S. Customs and are the responsibility of the buyer.

    If a customer refuses to pay any applicable tariffs or import fees, and the package is returned or abandoned, we will not be able to issue a refund.
